About this forum

The Motorcoach Owners Forum opened in July 2025 for people who own a Class A diesel coach, mostly rear-engine pushers on Freightliner and Spartan chassis. Newmar, Tiffin, Entegra, Winnebago, Thor and the older Monaco, Holiday Rambler and Fleetwood diesels are all here. Some members full-time, some take two trips a year, and a few are still shopping.

Who runs it

Carol H., who posts as mod_carol_h. Carol and her husband have owned three coaches over 19 years and currently travel in a 2017 Thor Aria 3901 out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Before she retired she ran the office at a heavy truck parts distributor for 22 years, which is where she learned the difference between an air dryer and a dryer for clothes. She pays for the domain and the hosting herself. The forum is member run and there is no company behind it.

House rules

  1. Put the coach year, model, chassis and engine on every question if you know them.
  2. On the buying board, say what you paid and what it cost to get the coach home. Threads without numbers get a note asking for them.
  3. No selling coaches or parts inside threads. Linking a public listing to make a point is fine.
  4. If you work for a dealer, a repair shop, a broker or a transport company, say so in your posts. Employees posting as customers are removed.
  5. Be decent. Gas coach owners, first-time buyers and spouses are welcome and get treated like it.
  6. Mods move posts to the thread or board where they fit and leave a note on the moved post.

Ranks go by how much you have posted and helped, never by what you drive.

What this is not

This is not a dealer, a repair shop or the chassis maker's service manual. When a member gives you a torque value, an air pressure or a fluid spec, check it against the manual for your own chassis and engine before you trust a 30,000 pound coach to it.
